Mein Herr,

I think that a Normandy Campaign would be incredibly interesting, especially if we get players to act as SHAEF....I do have an atlas of terrain....haven't double checked the details but it would be interesting to create as full a Chain of Command as possible.....

Guten Tag Herr Snaksh!t,

I would love to do a Normandy Campaign. My FJ are intended to be 6th FJ fighting in Normandy. What is SHAEF? and what do you mean full chain of command?

Husky is a little more alluring because there are mod mid-war armies available to everyone and the Italian players can get a shot to play.

Its hard to fit Soviet players in anywhere however. I still havnt found a suitable east front map to use.

Supreme Headquarters Allied Expeditionary Force

I was thinking you and someone else could play the overall commanders of the forces (Rommell, Ike) and we could have the deputies.....it would be an interesting exercise in communication and interpretation of orders....

Gentlemen,
1) If you are looking for an American player, I can field up to a battalion of personnel and equipment. My only missing assets are ABN, but I do have Rangers or regular old L.E.G. (land employed grunts) infantry to throw into the mix.
2) SHAPE= Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe
3) Feel free to contact me (710-4918) if you are interested and if you have a specific American unit/landing you would like to play.
4) I agree about OP Husky, there are more possible combinations of players that can be thrown into the mix. I also know of some Italian players who would be interested in that campaign.

V/R
Bill
