I will be there around 10 a.m. with Soviets and Germans in case you need anything extra Evan.
I also brought a variant list for my second tank army with Cossacks in it. Since I have never played using them and this seemed like a good chance I will see if Terry allows me to use them instead of the armored scout cars.

Terry,
Thanks again for running an incredibly difficult scenario. It was challenging, frustrating and fun all at once.
More, more, more, please.

Chris, I am working on Scenario #2. 3 players would be best. I can run this on the western or eastern front.

I have Germans and Soviets. My German armor is mainly EW and early MW. But I do have some pz IV B/C/D/E/F1 's, lots of armored cars and motorcycles. I will take an inventory and let you know what I can build and field for Germans. Soviets I have pretty much everything but lend lease medium and heavy tanks and EW lt tanks.

Terry,
What was the name of the Town we were fighting over and which battle was it based on? Which units were the historical ones that fought there?

The town was Lubin ( I shortened the russian town name), just east of the Dnieper river. The German infantry Division was the 282nd which was on the front, in the south but I picked it because it was listed in the south. The Dnieper penetration is fact and I used the 4Th soviet Tank army because they were in the south as well. Carrel, in his book talks about the isolated pockets of german infantry that saved the front. That is what I tried to duplicate. The next scenario is more factual with actual units named and represented. The first scenario was more for the "system" to see if it worked and you guys had fun.

I can't agree more. The game was awesome. Fun, nerve wracking every time we rolled for random events. Hidden minefields, unknown enemy composition.
To me that was more fun than any tournament or mission game of FoW I have ever played.
