Hello WHFB fans.

Im looking to start(or join one) a club solely dedicated to Warhammer Fantasy games. Something light and fun where we can get together at all of our favorite store and battle it out. A club with no fees or frills....just a group of people to have some fun with. I dont care what age, sex, nationality, flavor, or hair color you have as long as you enjoy WHFB's and like to socialize about it.

if you are interested in starting a club or just a battle every now and then post up here and we can get something going. If possible i wouldnt mind getting some of the store staff involved.

im currently working on a empire themed army based around the longswordsmen of france during the hundred years war. hopefully i can get it finished soon

Nice to see someone wanting to get something started!

WHFB has been one of my favorites for a long time, and most of us store guys have at least one army. Steve, Josh, John, and I all have at least one army.

As far as getting us in on that action, my schedule is pretty tight but I should be able to get a game in every once in a while, although I must admit that I have not a single fully painted army (even though I own multiples) but as long as you don't mind, I don't.

Yeah, and as always the gaming tables are for everyone to use during store hours, and here in the forums is a great way to get in touch with others and set up a game and stuff.

I hope this is the correct post to make this subject (hope it doesnt distract from your original topic, Aaron!)

I'm recently new to warhammer (2 days old) after a long abscence of 5/6 years, so i guess im not so new...
I found myself on the warhammer website and it brough back all my previous memory's and i absolutley loved it!!

The old club (which refers back to this topic) i used to attend, rarely play the game anymore. They're more involved in Role-playing and feel the new rules have extinguished most of the game (for them anyway...)

Where is the best club or the best place to play warhammer games occassionally, or maybe on a weekley / fortnightly basis.

To bring it back round to this topic, it does sound interesting. I would like to pop down to a store and challenge someone to the game on a casual basis.
Do the warhammer stores allow anyone to pitch up and play a game? DO they have specific stores for this?

Well if anyone knows of any stores, clubs or a group in birmingham (south) give me a shout, really interested in hooking up with a warhammer player to have a few games
