Hi all,

The Momma's Boyz club in Moscow is inviting anyone interested to come be a part of a huge 2 day mega battle based on D-Day. So only historical armies needed.

US, UK/Commonwealth, German needed. The first day of the mega battle will be the air drop or D-1 with the Allied paratroopers attacking the sleeping German Defenders inland of the beaches.

The Second day will be the landings and possible link ups with the Airborne troops depending on how the battles went with the Airborne.

Special rules will be in effect that include spotter planes, Naval Bombardment, new and nastier bunkers with bigger and better weapons? Preliminary bombardments? Carpet Bombing?

I am planning on attending at least one day for sure and may play two games that day if needed. They apparently need German players more than anything at the moment, but I will get more info if needed.

Mike Haught is the point man for the project, but the entire Momma's Boyz club is working on the terrain. I have seen some of it and it is sweet.

Chris, I have been waiting for something like this forever. I would like to attend, but saddly, I dont have a late war force. If they would accept my current german armoured force I could go. But I might be able to make an armoured force for late war, depending on when the tourny would be.

This event will probably be held President's Day weekend at the Palouse Mall in Moscow. This will be a two day event and will include paratroop and Glider landings on the first day and the Beach landings on the second day.
