Right, so I'm somewhat new in town and have been trying to get a 40k game together with someone. I was referenced to here by the staffers at Merlyns and so here I be.

Well, I just got back from a game with Ghostwheel, and I'd be happy to throw down sometime next weekend, cause this one's pretty full up with pre mid-term studying and such. I'll drop a post by on specifics. I've currently got a list formed up for 1500 points, if that's okay with you. I find this size is enough for variety without games taking forever and a day.

yeah i normally play with 1500 buti have a squad of 8 that's 750 points so if it's not a big game they get to stay home

Heh... by all means, if you WANT to play a 750 point squad of 8 models, don't let me stop you. I can technically field more than 1500, it's just my army starts to lose its theme beyond 1500 as I have to use some models that don't thematically fit in quite as well (mostly due to my model selection).
