Old-school DM looking to start new Pathfinder/3x campaign. I am new to Spokane, and hope to recreate the types of groups I have been blessed with in the past. I have 27 years of gamemastering experience, and tend to play closer in flavor/feel to AD&D. The campaign is open to anyone, but I find older players might feel more comfortable with the style. I have about 7,000 minis, 3d dungeon tiles, and all manner of handouts and game materials. I am organized and enthusiastic about gaming. I find that many who join my game group are adults with busy lives, so I plan to play every other Sunday.
Drop me a line if you're curious!

Hail. I am an old school DM like yourself, still actually playing 1e, and I have a curious dilema. Playing every week seems to threaten to burn out our casual players, but the hardcore players can't get enough. I was wondering if I can find a game to play every other week, we can continue playing every other week. The hardcore players would come with me to meet and perhaps play with you, and the rest can pursue other interests during our off weeks (or so the theory goes).

So...when, where, and how often do you plan on playing?
Do you have a setting, or is it a homebrew?

3.0 on up remains alien to us, but we have a lust for the game and tend to get a quick grasp on mechanics (my hardcore players anyway).

My private messaging seems bugged....but you can reach me at petersenalec @ yahoo.com or 474-9438. It would be good to hear back from you,
Thanks,
W

IATD: I would be interested in joining your group. I am 39, married, professional. I have two friends that would probably also be interested who are great fun and in a similar demographic; we have been looking for a game.

You can email me at stonestokes (at) yahoo (dot) com.

Cheers!
