It's where you all get something weird, take numbers to see who goes first.
First person picks from some wrapped gifts.
Second person has the option of stealing the first guys gift or opening another present.
Third guy now has TWO people he can choose to steal from or take his chances with an unopened present and so on.

Once a gift has been "stolen", the guy who got it stolen from can either steal another guys present (not the same one!) or open ANOTHER unopened present.

A gift can only be stolen 3 times and then it's considered dead.

These make GREAT White Elephant gifts.

And what a great Christmas when your friend yells at you...
"WHAT THE CRAP!? A SPAWN FIGURE!?! WHERE WOULD YOU EVEN GET THIS?!"
