I read awhile ago that someone was interested in playing some mordheim. I have a beastman team ready to go, anyone interested?

I pulled that Mordhein thread. That campaign is at another store and I didn't think this space should advertise other stores. They can do that on their own.
Anyone that wants to play open Mordheim games at Merlyn's is welcome to use Merlyn's space, terrain and this forum. And any other Merlyn's supporter is welcome to use our space and forums freely.

Actually that campaign is not at another store. Its at Merlyn's if there is enough interest. The campaign however is an "on-line" campaign (meaning people can play anywhere, so there are people playing at other locations).
At least I hope we are still welcome to play at Merlyn's because at this point Merlyn's has a lot of Mordheim terrain.
Anyway, the campaign is "game mastered" by me from nwgamers.org (ie...results get reported to me there and I can coordinate the next battle /scenario centrally from there). It works very similar to a standard GW on-line campaign only more personalized since I usually know who is playing.
Map, rules, etc... are on nwgamers

Ya, I have the same problem myself sometimes which is why I prefere to run things on-line. Heck, I have done campaign turns while out of town on buisness. The campaign participation level is more oriented to buisy people that might not have the commitment level over time. So I eliminated turn moves as that was troublesome and slowed things down. I also eliminated map moves as they were in the Warhammer campaigns I have been running. I am running this more like the bloodbowl league I ran previously.
I found problems with campaigns I have run before which is primarily the reason why I came up with a very loose campaign structure. You can play normal games and thats fine. However, if you want you can "challenge" territories. Then you may have to play someone specific. This way people can kind of initiate their own participation level. The challenges offer different scenarios with specific opponents. I suppose one could look at it as more of a "league" then a campaign.
There are also territories outside of the city that control is determined via warhammer battles. That can give some minor benefit to a friendly mordheim warband in the city.
At any rate if there ain't any interest at Merlyns then so be it. Just saves me time and likely a few trips to Merlyns to play explain etc...

There's a lustria campaign that I believe has rules for lizardmen but they would be odd in the Mordheim setting
