Trying to teach myself the game but can't figure out if other players are allowed to interfere on the behalf of uncontrolled groups in the pool. If I can get that little tidbit of info I got the rest handled........ I think.

It's been a long time since I played, but I believe that other players are allowed to interfere on behalf of groups in the uncontrolled area. Basically it amounts to opposing players/groups using their actions to foil your attempts at control.

Like I said, it's been a long time since I played, so don't take my vague remembrance as gospel.
