Many, Many Thanks!!!! to the C.S.G.

We had a very busy FCBD (Free Comic Book Day) and a highly successful, very much appreciated Sketches for Kids. The Guys from the Comic Smith's Guild (C.S.G.)wore their fingers to the bone creating drawings for kids. We hope that everyone enjoyed themselves and that each kid values getting their own art!

A Quick Mention, Merlyn's is planning again to be the host for the 24-hour comic event this October. Anyone interested in this event can email me at Evilbutgood@gmail.com. As always we are looking for participants, volunteers, sponsors and donations. Of course anyone who appreciates comics is highly encouraged to be a part of the event in anyway they know how. We are looking for items "comic" or "art" related to raffle off in a drawing. We are trying again to get some sort of free energy drink. If anyone works at a place that would like to get some advertising for products donated for participants email me I can get you a receipt for the good old tax purposes, non profit donation. Snacks, food, drinks, art supplies etc. It would be great.

Just an FYI: They just announced the date for the next 24 Hour Comic Book Day - October 3.

And I'll definately be doing it again this year. Hopefully with more success...

Hey, I just noticed my last post did not post. SO, I think it is wonderful that the date is set. Hopefully I can get some posters or flyers made up. My last post had more to say but, the mind wandered off...More later.
