I'm going to be picking up the Battletech Introductory Box and was wondering if there are any active Battletech players around.

My wife and myself are both active players. We live in the FAR northern suburb of Ione and haven't had as many games as we would have liked. Glad to see the interest and hopefully we can get a game going soon!

Me and my friend split the price for the begginers box and skimmed the rules. I bought a few other mechs and thats it. Sadly we have not done anything with them yet, but I would really like to find some people who could help us better understand the game. We are 2 mature teenagers I am 15 and my friend is 16.

Just got back from a very fruitful GenCon. My wife and I will be starting the Catalyst Game Labs Demo (formerly Commando) paper work to have a couple official reps here and really get the ball rolling on events.

Also I am getting back to my normal work schedule so there should be at least one game a month going (I live in Ione, its a drive for us). Glad to see the interest again!
