Ask and Ye Shall...

RECIEVE!!!

That is right. We are going to be hosting a painting competition as per your request. As of Saturday, February 18th and Sunday, February 19th, you will be able to purchase any small based miniature blister from ANY line and contribute $5 to the prize fund and enter the arena.

The figure that you buy will be noted, and in the case of a multiple figure blister, you will choose one to paint for the competition. You cannot use pieces from other models to convert it, although putty and other bitz will be acceptible. The idea is that this will limit it to the painter's skill rather than their access to cool bitz.

Submissions must be turned in no later than 12 pm on Saturday, February 25th. Mysteriously, a 40K tournament will be beginning at the same time...

Votes will be taken throughout the day and winners/prizes will be announced at the end of the day.

Happy painting!

Do the models have to be 40K?

Nope... any range will do, but I would like them to be of comparable size to the "small base" figures from GW. That means no cavalry or dragons if you choose Reaper and Warmachine figures will likely be limited to infantry or VERY light armour.
