We had an awesome turnout tonight, many people showed up and we played some games. Glad to see the player base growing, so I hope to see you all again in two weeks on April 14th.

Well saturday was a pretty good turnout, still hoping for a little more people. Well nonetheless I have been talking to John at merlyns and hopefully we will be getting a pre-release for the next expansion 'Truest Test' which will be a bit of fun for new and old players. The pre-release format is sealed deck so everyone will need to buy a starter deck and 3 boosters from the new set and build a deck out of them. The sealed format is a balanced set up that allows for anyone interested in starting to get a few games in without playing against a powered deck. If anyone is intersted please let me know so I can plan for the tourney.

Well the next game night will be the 12 of may for the prerelease tourney of The Truest Test. Everyone will need to be there between 5:00 and 5:30 to sign up there is limited spots so come early if you want to play. Decks and boosters will be handed out to players at 5:30 and people will have till 6:00 to contsruct decks. Play will start at 6:00. Hope to see everyone there.

well im trying to get back into l5r played way back in the day ( 96-97 ) some with a friend and thought it might be fun to torment the girlfriend with a different ccg see if i can get her into it. so the next gettogether is jun 9th? or are they even still happending? and how late do the events normaly last since i think i will still be working graveyard that night. also with the new rules for SE comming out on there web site on the 1st is anyone planning on implementing them befor SE comes out? ok think i have babbled enought now lol hope you all are having a good one

The next night is the 9th, this upcoming saturday. And no we will not be implementing the new rules until the new edition comes out. It would be great to have another player there, new people are always welcome. We tend to focus more on teh current edition stuff, you are welcome to play open if you want but the majority of players do not have open decks. Do keep in mind though that we want to have a fun play environment and focus on fun competitive play, not just tooling everyone you can as bad as you can.

actualy atm we are playing decks made from ttt starters so i dont plan on winning much lol looks like my gf is working tho so it will be just me to own lol i will try to be there tho.

What factions do you play? I might have some extra stuff you can have, depending on the faction.
