On Tuesday the 11th of April I will be hosting a non-sanctioned tourney down at merlyns at the hour of 5:00 pm(since they close at 7 on tuesday). It will be a lotus legal tourney for those that need to know, and I hope that many people will show up. It will be fun and you will enjoy yourself when you show up.

Anyone interested in learning how to play L5R before the tourney let me know I will teachto you the machinations of the greatest ccg ever.

Well if anyone could leave comments yay or nay for time and day, I would appreciate the input so that I may determine a better day or if its a good plan so far.

it needs to happen at a time when those of us that are in the normal part of society with a monday-friday 8-5 job can attend

I will talk to John down at merlyns about possible times on tuesday then since from what I know 5 or 6 people can make it on a tuesday. I am avoiding the whole weekend all together though just so people know. I do not want to invade either wednesday or friday as there are already well established groups doing things on those days, even though the hours would be the best, if Josh's group of half-dozen guys could do it on thursday then I would be happy to move the games to thursday at 6:30. (Josh what do your peoples say to that?) Monday and tuesday have the same issue with working hours as the store closes at 7 pm, I will talk to John this week and post soon as to my findings, I really would love it to get everyone interested in playing to play.

I am seriously considering moving the l5r night to thursdays at 6:30, because it sounds like some people would like it to be later than 5pm and that means tuesdays won't work. Though I need other peoples input rather than making arbitrary decisions. Post about thursday 6:30pm please, I need to know if its a good time.

The game is going to be on Thursday the 13th at 6:30pm, not the 11th. See you all then hopefully.

This thread was for April, I found out that tuesdays sucks and we are now planning on wednesdays, starting on next wednesday the 17th at 6:30.
