OK, so ya, it's November. But let's go back to last year when you were sitting in your room thinking "Man! I should probably go out and get my friends or family something for Christmas. I wonder what day it...AW CRAP! CHRISTMAS IS 3 DAYS AWAY!!"

Ya. Remember that? Well don't do that again. And to help you, here's an AMAZING Top Ten list of things we sell here that are either top sellers or great stuff you may have never head of (in no particular order).
I won't bother with our best sellers, like:
PATHFINDER (the new beginner box set is AMAZING!!)
HEROCLIX (the fastest growing miniature game out there)
D&D 4th edition (Great for first time RPGers)

Let's see some newer stuff.

Formula Dé is a fast-paced racing game in which the cars' top speeds are limited by having to end a certain number of turns in each curve of the racetrack with different sided dice. 20 sided for higher speeds, going on down to 4 sided for 1st gear.

In Revolution! players try to gain political power by secretly bidding on a number of characters, each yielding a combination of territory control, points (popular support) and more currency with which to bid next round. Players win by gaining the support of the people (the most points). Players can gain bonus points by controlling an area of the city at the end of the game. This game is for 3-4 players and takes 60 minutes to play.
I know...politics...but trust me. Trying to guess what your friend will gamble on is a load of fun!

In Small World, players vie for conquest and control of a world that is simply too small to accommodate them all. Small World is inhabited by a cast of characters such as dwarves, wizards, amazons, giants, orcs, and even humans, who use their troops to occupy territory and conquer adjacent lands in order to push the other races off the face of the earth.
Picking the right combination from the 14 different fantasy races and 20 unique special powers, players rush to expand their empires - often at the expense of weaker neighbors. Yet they must also know when to push their own over-extended civilization into decline and ride a new one to victory!

I first played this game at a party around midnight watching Boondock Saints and can't remember laughing so hard.
The more the merrier as you fight off Zombies, trying to get to the Helipad. Where is it? Well Zombies' board is always different because you can't move until you lay a tile down from a mixed up deck of them. Get hearts and bullets to help your rolling skills. The cards are also one of the best things of the game.

This is one of our biggest sellers. A clever tile-laying game. The southern French city of Carcassonne is famous for its unique Roman and Medieval fortifications. The players develop the area around Carcassonne and deploy their followers on the roads, in the cities, in the cloisters, and in the fields. The skill of the players to develop the area will determine who is victorious.

In Settlers of Catan, players try to be the dominant force on the island of Catan by building settlements, cities, and roads. On each turn dice are rolled to determine what resources the island produces. Players collect these resources to build up their civilizations to get to 10 victory points and win the game. Multi-award-winning and one of the most popular games in recent history due to its amazing ability to appeal to non-gamers and gamers alike.

Betrayal at House on the Hill is a tile game that allows players to build their own haunted house room by room, tile by tile, creating a new thrilling game board every time. The game is designed for three to six people, each of whom plays one of six possible characters. Secretly, one of the characters betrays the rest of the party, and the innocent members of the party must defeat the traitor in their midst before it’s too late! This game is great with the maximum number of people.

Great for a family night and another huge seller for us, Ticket to Ride can be learned in 3 minutes, while providing players with intense strategic and tactical decisions every turn. Players collect cards of various types of train cars they then use to claim railway routes in North America. The longer the routes, the more points they earn. Additional points come to those who fulfill Destination Tickets – goal cards that connect distant cities; and to the player who builds the longest continuous route.

As fun as this game is, I'm going to cheat and paste the introduction on here, since I wouldn't be able to do it justice.
In 1949, this incessant war has been raging for 35 years and finally a secret archaeological dig has delivered to the Obscura Korps a long sought ancient relic. This artifact is thought to guard an ancient parcel of knowledge. The exact emplacement of one of the four dark cardinal corners of reality is on the verge of being revealed.
A portal leading to hell, this un-sanctified zone is found buried within the secular crypt of a fortress situated in the heart of central Europe. The Reich's 13th Occult Division is there now. They are about to call upon the Cohorts of Chaos to help them force the world into eternal servitude.
Parachuted behind enemy lines, a fistful of men and women are all the Union has left to thwart this peculiar menace. The Unions finest trained commandos armed with technology still in its experimental stages, the glory bound 42nd Alter-Marine Special Forces must now face the most terrible danger to face humanity in recorded history.
Tannhäuser goes beyond the standard package of set of characters, proposing a vast array of customization, allowing players to develop a unique tactic and style of play for their hero. 10 charismatic personalities await them to be groomed for battle, using over 70 magnificently illustrated types of tokens that faithfully depict various weapons, medals, ranks, powers and equipment.

In Dominion, each player starts with an identical, very small deck of cards. In the center of the table is a selection of other cards the players can "buy" as they can afford them. Through their selection of cards to buy, and how they play their hands as they draw them, the players construct their deck on the fly, striving for the most efficient path to the precious victory points by game end.
This is a pretty fast paced game and if you play any CCG's, you'll probably love it.

Not for kids and definitely not for the squeamish. Heroes have been wiped out of existence, with the few survivors in hiding and scattered throughout the country. Logan lives with his wife Maureen and young children Scotty and Jade on a barren plot of land in Sacramento, California, now part of the territory known as "Hulkland.". Logan needs money to pay rent to the landlords: the hillbilly grandchildren of the Hulk. In order to pay the rent, Logan accepts a job from a now-blind Hawkeye: help him navigate east across the country, to the capital of New Babylon, and deliver a secret, illegal package.
Very "old west".

This history making novel is ALWAYS on our top seller lists. The Dark Knight Returns tells the story of a middle-aged Batman who comes out of retirement to fight crime, only to face opposition from the Gotham City police force and the United States government.

You've seen the TV show, now read further into the series. This is an ONGOING comic story where ANYONE can die. There's no Superman or Batman here, controlled by a large company. Kirkman writes his cast perfectly and keeps you in suspense. Again, NOT for the kids. The series won the 2010 Eisner Award for Best Continuing Series at San Diego Comic-Con International.

Watchmen depicts an alternate history where superheroes emerged in the 1940s and 1960s, helping the United States to win the Vietnam War. The country is edging towards a nuclear war with the Soviet Union, freelance costumed vigilantes have been outlawed and most former superheroes are in retirement or working for the government.

If you're a fan of ABC's Once Upon A Time, you'll love this. The series deals with various characters from fairy tales and folklore – referring to themselves as "Fables" – who have been forced out of their Homelands by "The Adversary" who has conquered the realm. The Fables have traveled to our world and formed a clandestine community in New York City known as Fabletown. Fables who are unable to blend in with human society (such as monsters and anthropomorphic animals) live at "the Farm" in upstate New York. A great series but also, once again, not for the kiddies.

If you have someone who loved the 60's, this is THE best gift to give. Darwyn Cooke captures the age SO well that it's unreal. World War II is over and the Cold War has begun. The Age of the Superhero is in decline. Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman, who survived the anti-hero sentiment of the Cold War, as well as eager newcomers like test pilot Hal Jordan and scientists Barry Allen and Ray Palmer, team up to defeat a threatening alien presence on Earth.
But remember, it's in TWO graphic Novels.

Remember PAYBACK with Mel Gibson? Remember what I just told you about the great artist Darwyn Cooke? Well put those two things together. These are another great gift idea for the crime noir fan you know.

New York Times best-selling novelist Brad Meltzer (The Zero Game; The Millionaires) unleashed a murder mystery featuring some of the biggest pop icons in the world: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and the rest of the Justice League. When the spouse of a JLA member is brutally murdered, the entire superhero community searches for the killer, fearing their own loved ones may be the next targets.
The best part is, you really don't HAVE to know every hero in it. Meltzer writes it for everyone.

A big seller here, Blankets is an autobiographical graphic novel by Craig Thompson. As a coming-of-age autobiography, the book tells the story of Thompson's childhood in an Evangelical Christian family, his first love, and his early adulthood. Thompson has said that the novel grew out of a simple idea: to describe what it feels like to sleep next to someone for the first time. In 2005, Time chose it as one of the 100 best English language, graphic novels ever written.

This is the type of book you curl up with while it gently snows outside. A PERFECT book. The art and story are one of my now favorites of all time.
Inspired by Charles Dickens' immortal classic A Christmas Carol, BATMAN: NOEL features different interpretations of The Dark Knight, along with his enemies and allies, in different eras.
In this spectacular graphic novel, Batman must come to terms with his past, present and future as he battles villains from the campy 1960s to dark and brooding menaces of today, while exploring what it means to be the hero that he is.

We've expanded our kids section since last year, so come in and look around.
We have LEGO board games and an entire family kids section.

The picture is the scariest thing on these, so it's fun for younger ones. Zombie Dice is fast and easy for any zombie fan to learn, even non-gamers. The 13 custom dice are your victims. Push your luck to eat their brains, but stop rolling before the shotgun blasts end your turn!

Three bands of pirates have discovered a treasure filled island. To be victorious, be the first captain to retrieve the treasure or eliminate all enemy pirates. There are three ways to win: retrieve two of the three silver coins, retrieve the single gold coin, or eliminate all rival pirates.

These are absolutely great for younger kids. Roll the pictures and make a story with what you have! Simple and fun!

We also have a large selection of puppets and Ugly Dolls!

Ugly needs love too.

Listen and read the 1940's adventures of Martin's Raiders

Watch The HANGAR BAY SHOW - It's not the nerd-cast you deserve, it's the one you need!
